Are you an early riser? There is something magical about greeting the new day and setting the tone for the day ahead. This Saturday morning, join me for a Day Breaker WiLD Session. Let's Rise & Align!
We had a lovely morning for our first Rise & Align and excited to offer this gain - at the peak of the Lion's Gate Portal - a time of heightened energy, personal growth, and manifestation. We will work through our Solar Plexus, Heart & Crown Chakras through movement and dance. It is incredibly important for us to land in our bodies, to be present, listen in stillness and movement, individually and collectively.
