Afro Cuban Movement Foundations with JB
We will cover basic fundamental movements associated with Afro-Cuban folkloric dance with the purpose of understanding how different parts of our body work and combine to project a full body movement technique. This introductory workshop is a precursor for our upcoming intensive, in which will further tackle the main components of the Cuban movement mix: Afro Cuban, Rumba, and Son.
