What a time to be ALIGNED! February 17th is a big day energetically - it's the first day of the Year of the Fire Horse along with a Solar Eclipse. A lovely time to gather, ground, and move.
In our last WiLD Session was focused on Releasing & Letting go as we finish the Year of the Snake. On the 17th we are going to ALIGN. We will work all of our Chakras through movement and dance, There is a lot going on and I feel it's incredibly important for us to land in our bodies, to be present, listen in stillness and movement, individually and collectively.
