Each Week we will have a different focus. This will be a wonderful way to improve specific parts of your dancing, and in turn, continue to improve as a whole!
Week 1: Fancy Cross Body Leads -- Different hand connections -- Simultaneous left and right turns -- Ladies styling/ syncopations/ hip rolls
Week 2: Spinning -- Technique for multiple turns solo -- Add multiple turns in partnerwork
Week 3: Move Your Body -- Focus on controlling & polishing body movement to dance with fluidity & flavor! -- Shoulder rolls, hip motion -- Posture, framework, weight shift
Week 4: Fast Footwork Challenge -- Footwork/ Styling/ Body Movement
